Dipinti a olio e acrilico su barattoli di lenticchie, fagioli ecc.
in stile figurativo moderno. Li ho creati durante la pandemia a Londra. In aggiunta ho dipinto anche su dei pezzi di legno. Questo progetto mi è nato mentre tutti i negozi anche quelli
per l'arte erano chiusi.
L'idea che c'è dietro era di raffigurare i sogni, i viaggi la libertà che in quel periodo era stato represso. In aggiunta, durante il Lockdown molti davvero si nutrivano dai barattoli.
Non so se prima di me anche altri artisti hanno già affrontato questa tematica dipingendo su dei barattoli, tuttavia forse si. Quindi in questo caso, non mi ha influenzato nessuno.
Nonostante che probabilmente già stato dipinto su degli oggetti.
Si inserisce nell'epoca dei lavori 3d, a partire dagli anni 1920 in su, le avanguardie di Marcel Duchamp e dei lavori 3 d del futurismo italiano.
Mi viene in mente Marcel Duchamp e l'intonarumori di Luigi Russolo. Come già citato, finora non ho ancora visto dipinti su dei barattoli di lenticchie, piselli e fagioli...

Oil and acrylic paintings on cans of lentils, beans, etc.,
in a modern figurative style. I created them during the pandemic in London. Additionally, I also painted on pieces of wood. This project came to life for me while all the shops, including those for art supplies, were closed.
The idea behind it was to depict dreams, journeys, and freedom, which were repressed during that time. Additionally, during the lockdown, many people really were surviving on canned goods.
I’m not sure if other artists have previously addressed this theme by painting on cans, but perhaps they have. In any case, I wasn’t influenced by anyone. Although it’s likely that objects have been painted on before.
It fits into the era of 3D works, starting from the 1920s onward, with the avant-gardes of Marcel Duchamp and the 3D works of Italian Futurism. Marcel Duchamp and Luigi Russolo’s intonarumori come to mind. As I mentioned, so far I haven't seen any paintings on cans of lentils, peas, and beans...
